Recently our School Community Council held their Annual General Meeting.  Mrs. McCloy and Mrs. Stephenson have completed their term of office and we want to wish them well.  We want to thank them for their dedication to our students and staff.  It is our pleasure to welcome Mrs. Harker and Mrs. Moon to our Council.  Mrs. Sjodin is our new chair and Mrs. J. Brown is our new vice- chair.  Mrs. Mandel, Mrs. C. Williams, Mrs. Deveraux, Mrs. Gorski, Mrs. Graham and Mrs. Bradley are continuing to serve on this committee.

​Please join us On Tuesday, April 24th as our Senior Drama Department presents Nunsense.  This musical comedy will be sure be a great evening of laughter for all!  The performance will start at 7:00 pm and tickets are $10.00.  Advanced tickets available through cast or by calling the office.

Prairie Valley Regional Science Fair Awards
​We want to thank our students for participating in the PVSD Regional Science Fair recently.  We want to congratulate Sam Moyse and Tiesen Dreger on receiving 2nd Place in the Physical and Mathematical Science Category.  We are thrilled to announce that Ally Churko has advanced to the Canadian Wide Science Fair in Ottawa in May.  Ally studied The Effect of Epigenetics on Human Emotions!  We are proud of all of our students and are thankful to Mr. Armstrong  for giving our science students this wonderful opportunity.

​On March 28th our Heritage Fair was held.  We want to thank Mrs. Bradley, Mrs. J. Brown, Mrs. Siebert and Mrs Sentes for being our judges for our Fair.  Congratulations to Zenaye Frederick, Mowyn Sewell- Sattler, Robyn Moyse and Calvin Williams on  winning the category awards.  The top three projects belonged to Mowyn, Robyn and Zenaye.  Mowyn Sewell Sattler and Robyn Moyse are moving on to the South Saskatchewan Regional Heritage Fair on May 5th in Regina.

Kindergarten Registration Now Open
​If you were not able to join us for the 2018-2019 Kindergarten Registration evening you can still register your child by stopping by our school office or calling 306-436-2292.  This registration is open to all students who will be 5 years old as of December 31, 2018.  Please bring your health card and birth certificate with you.
