Fees for graduation will be collected between March 20 - April 17, 2019. E-Transfer is available as per below or you can make your cheque payable to Lumsden High School and submit to office.

Banquet Meal Tickets

sold between May 7–June 7 only

All Graduating students require a ticket

Adult (12+)  $46

Child (6-11)  $23

Child (0-5) Free – must still request a ticket on form below for seating purposes

  • Payment Types:   
    • Cheque Full Amount (NO post dated cheques accepted), payable to Lumsden High School
    • Cash (exact amount please)

Grad Fees include: Facility rental, services, rental items (lighting/screens, equipment etc), decorations, printing costs, cap and tassel and group formal photo.

Please note the following pertaining to fees:

  • The graduation fee does NOT include the banquet meal tickets or after grad funds.
  • The banquet meal fees are in addition to the grad fees.
  • Graduates must purchase a banquet meal ticket.
  • There will be NO fundraising associated with Graduation.

Awards Application

LHS Grad Awards 2019 – General Application and Community/School Service Application will be available on May 2, 2019. A digital version of the LHS Grad Awards Guide 2019, containing detailed information about each award, is available on the LHS website. Students must apply online AND with a paper application for graduation awards.

  1. Steps to Apply:

    1. Complete the General Application online at
    2. Applications cannot be saved while you are working or changed after they are submitted. Be sure you are ready to complete the whole application before you start.
    3. Complete the PAPER copy of the Community/School Service Application if you are applying for an award that requires it. Submit to the office or the Career Counsellor by the deadline.
    4. Submit additional documentation (ie. reference letters or additional applications) if required.


      ALL award applications must be submitted online and paper copies to the Career Counsellor or office by May 23, 2019 at 3:30pm.  Awards with additional paper applications must be received by the office or the Career Counsellor by the same deadline. No exceptions.



All Communications will be sent via School Messenger (email or by phone), Remind101 etc. 




  • Graduation Baby Photos - All Graduates are asked to please email three baby or childhood photos No LATER THAN April 1, 2019 to:

  • Graduation Cap and Gown Photos - by Lifetouch   March 4-6, 2019    
    • Retakes: students wishing to have retakes, please contact Lifetouch 
    • $30 Sitting Fee payable at the time of photo sitting (all forms of payments).

    • Includes 20 photo proofs, grad composite of grad class, graduation vinyl album.

Steps to register for graduation photos.  If you have questions or your name does not appear, please contact the Regina office at 306.949.8448.

  1. Visit
  2. If this is your first time to schedule an appointment "No Code". Select province & city and school.
  3. Select Lumsden High School.
  4. Click on – Schedule Now and create an account
  5. Step 1 – Select Lumsden High School
    Step 2 – Enter your legal name – Listed the way your school has it recorded
    Step 2 – Click - Schedule your appointment
    Step 3 – Enter email address – add 2nd address if you wish (ie : parent's email)
    Step 4 – Include mobile phone number to receive reminders (optional)
    Step 5 – Grad appointment can be paid in advance – this makes check in easier at your grad session
    Step 6 – Retain your Appointment Code in the event changes are required. This will be emailed.
    Step 7 – You will receive a confirmation notice to your email address.
